Amelia C's Learning Journey

This term I have been working on some comics and they are really cool and funny and they have a lot of information on them. There are a lot of them because I was in a group with Molly, Lola and Mira and we have some great scripts. The ones that I did names ar e  Ernie  complaint, Ernie and the plastic bag, Ernie meets the perfect one, Ernie meet an apple and Ernie sees the land. they are really cool but they can be serious sometimes . On monday the 19 of september we had our school production it was called good bye my friend and it was so good we had great costumes and amazing speaking parts and I was one of them.  The production was about four friend and it's there last day at primary school and their at the bus stop because the bus was late and the were looking back at the memeres they had. I was in scene 4 and this is what happens the students are going on a trip to the zoo to see the birth of a baby panda  and the students were very cheeky... They had two helpers and the teacher would tell the helpers to count the students they would move around and make it hard for them the teacher then would see them and tell them to stand still and then he would count them, then all of us got excited  if there were any video games and if we could go on the playground  and then it was my part and I said " will there be a telly on the bus can we watch it!"   the bus got there and we all raced for the back se

                             Athletics zones Hello, on november the 8th I went to zones for athletics! I went for: relay 1000m high jump I came THIRD in my relay and me and my relay team were so happy 😀 . We were sprinting  so hard and we got a place but we might not be going to canturdrys ☹️ . In the 1000m sprint I came 7th so that didn't go that bad. The race made me puffed but I managed to do high jump but not very well! 😬 In high jump for school I came 1st jumping 1.12m and I was really happy and it was really tough but it ended and in zones I didn't know what place I came  in the end it finished and I am very proud of myself.

Hello we had cross country on Wednesday 8 May and I came... 1 st. And  now I'm going to zones which is what we go to in year 5-8 when we come first, second or third. Also on Thursday 9 May we had a Catholic Sports Tournament and that was really fun because my friend Molly and I were in the same team and we played hockey ad it was so fun. But it was our first time playing but our coach, Mrs Hooker said we did really well. I can't wait till next week with Winter Sports playing hockey again! When we were playing hockey we had so much fun but we got really hungry in the middle of it.

                                The Marshmallow challenge Hello Today our class did the marshmallow challenge. It was sooo much fun. It would look really easy but its not. Doing this challenge helps you to become a better team worker.              what you need 1m of sting 1m of tape one marshmallow  20 spaghetti sticks This challenge was tuff and strat away our tower fell!             instructions you do not have to use all the pieces There is 18 minutes to make the tower You must not hold the tower when you are done The marshmallow must go on the top And have fun I hope you have loved this and if you want to try this at home take a photo and then you will remember. Hello everyone We have done a lot of work this term and it has been fun but hard. For inquiry, we have done our own business and Molly {my friend} and I have done a lemonade stand with cookies. It's called Sweet and sour, we have done our posters and we decided to make some funny comics about lemons their names are Gilbert and Jeffrey and they got made into lemonade well only one on the second comic I probably shouldn't spoil the comic. This term on cross country I was so amazed at how far I got. I came 1st in cross country third in zones and thirtieth in Canterbury's I felt so nervous in all the races. I thought I did amazing and my parents were so proud of my older sister and I, it was our first time going that far in races.  In winter sports I do hockey with Molly. I have never played before but now I know so we are having very good games this term. we only have 3 players in the team that know how to play hockey because they play in the weekend.
